A CLOSER LOOK

From cut panels to a clear assembly.

The project shown is a clear acrylic box made from separate panels. When planning this type of assembly, overall dimensions, sheet thickness and panel arrangement need to be considered together. An outside measurement and a usable inside measurement describe different requirements.

Specify the space you need

Tell us whether your dimensions are internal or external. If the box must fit over an object or into another assembly, include those dimensions and the required clearance. Add the intended use, preferred acrylic thickness and quantity so we can review the construction.

Describe openings and access

Include any open top, lid, access opening or shaped cutout in the drawing or reference photo. We review the proposed features before quoting. Tell us which edges and faces will be visible and whether you need loose cut panels or an assembled box.

Select a process for the part

Our acrylic service includes sheet cutting and custom box assembly. Laser cutting and CNC plastics machining offer different ways to produce profiles and features. Material, thickness and final use guide the process; we confirm the approach when reviewing your enquiry.
