We cut acrylic sheet for custom profiles, panels and clear box assemblies. Our Bescutter 300-watt CO₂ laser has a 4 × 8 ft cutting bed for suitable acrylic work. CNC plastics machining provides another option when the part needs pockets, holes or other machined features. The material, thickness and final use guide the process.

Start with the size and how it will be used
For a box, send the outside dimensions, preferred sheet thickness, quantity and whether it needs an open top, lid or access openings. Include any fit requirements and a drawing or reference photo. We will review the assembly details and confirm which features we can provide before quoting.

Should I specify inside or outside box dimensions?
Either can be provided, but label them clearly. Include acrylic thickness and any object or assembly the box must fit. Inside space, outside size and panel thickness need to be considered together before the panels are cut.
Can I order cut acrylic panels or an assembled box?
Our acrylic service includes custom panels and profiles as well as clear box assemblies. Tell us whether you need loose parts or an assembled box, and include the quantity and any openings or fit requirements.
Do you use a laser or CNC router for acrylic?
We offer acrylic laser cutting and CNC plastics machining. The material, thickness and final use guide the process. Include details of any pockets, holes, cutouts or fitted features so we can review the appropriate approach.
How is turnaround confirmed?
Include your required date with the dimensions, thickness, quantity and assembly details. We review those requirements before quoting and confirming timing for the job.
What information do you need to quote an acrylic box?
Send the box dimensions, acrylic thickness, quantity and intended use. Specify whether dimensions are internal or external and include any lid, access opening or fit requirements. We review the design and assembly before quoting.
