Material grade, thickness, dimensions and fit requirements all matter. Include those details with your drawing or sample, along with quantity and timing, so we can put together a useful quote.

Which plastics do you CNC machine?
We CNC route HDPE, acrylic, PETG and nylon sheet for profiles, pockets, slots, holes and cutouts. Specify the material grade and thickness with your drawing so we can review the machining requirements.
What tolerances should I put on a plastic part drawing?
Mark the dimensions that control fit or function, along with their required tolerances. Include mating-part information where relevant. We review the material, thickness, geometry and fit requirements before confirming the machining approach; do not assume one tolerance applies to every material and feature.
Can you make a prototype before a repeat order?
Our CNC service covers prototypes and repeat production. Include the prototype quantity, the intended application and any later production quantities in your enquiry.
What information is needed to quote plastic components?
Include the drawing, material grade, thickness, part dimensions, quantity and required date. Identify pockets, slots, holes and critical fits. Tell us whether material supply needs to be included so it can be discussed during the quote review.
Can you make custom acrylic boxes?
Yes. Our project portfolio includes custom acrylic box assembly. Send the dimensions, material thickness, quantity and any openings or other features you need.
