Our Biesse CNC routers offer 5 × 10 ft and 5 × 12 ft tables for sheet processing, nested components and custom profiles. For larger parts and angled features, our 5-axis CNC machining service combines five-axis capability with a 5 × 20 ft table. We work with manufacturers, woodworkers and businesses that need parts cut to their designs. We machine HDPE, acrylic, PETG and nylon as well as wood sheet materials. What should I send for a CNC routing quote?
Send your drawing, material specification, thickness, finished dimensions and quantity for each part. Mark critical fits, grain direction and face requirements, and include your required date. Attach the drawings to your email so we can review the machining and setup.
Can you cut prototypes and repeat production runs?
Yes. We work on one-off parts, prototypes and repeat orders in wood and plastics. Include the initial quantity and any expected repeat quantities so the machining requirements can be reviewed together.
How does CNC nesting affect material use?
ALPHACAM nesting arranges parts within the usable sheet to reduce unused gaps and offcuts. Part shapes, quantities, grain direction, cutter clearance and workholding affect the layout. Sheet yield is assessed for your parts rather than promised as a fixed saving.
What if my drawing or file is not ready for machining?
Send the drawing or reference information you have and describe what the part needs to do. Our product design and CNC programming services can help develop the machining details. If you are unsure about a file format, ask us before exporting or converting it.
How do I arrange pickup or delivery?
Contact our Flesherton shop to coordinate pickup or delivery. Dock and side loading and unloading are available. Include the destination and required date with your enquiry so the arrangements can be discussed.
What size sheets can you machine?
Our Biesse CNC routing tables are 5 × 10 ft and 5 × 12 ft. Our five-axis CNC has a 5 × 20 ft table for larger projects. Send your material, part dimensions and thickness so we can confirm the best machine and setup.
